Acceptance of Terms
By using our personal training services or accessing our gym and classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Health and Safety
(a) You acknowledge that participating in physical activities carries inherent risks, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are in suitable health and condition for exercise.
(b) Before starting any training program, session or class, you must complete our health and fitness questionnaire accurately and inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to exercise safely. It is your duty to let us know if your circumstances change at any point.
(c) Our trainers will do their best to provide safe and effective workouts, but you understand that they are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions and all exercise is carried out at your own risk.
Fees and Payments
(a) You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for personal training services before or at the time of each session.
(b) We accept cash, credit cards, or other payment methods as specified by us.
(c) In case of late payment or non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
(a) If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a session deduction or loss.
(b) If your trainer needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and arrange a suitable replacement time.
Refunds and Returns
(a) Refunds for prepaid sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of The Body Box.
(b) We do not offer returns or refunds for sessions already completed.
Liability and Release
(a) You acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves the risk of injury, and you agree to release The Body Box and its trainers from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after personal training sessions, gym sessions and classes.
(b) You agree to indemnify and hold The Body Box harmless from any claims, costs, or expenses arising out of your participation in our services.
